You’d think Cape Wrath was too bleak to farm but in fact an excellent crop of chi-chi holiday homes can successfully be raised. Arkle behind as usual, this time with its big brother Foinaven to the left.

Again, from the width and depth of the bed we can see that in spate this is a seriously scarey river. Also from the vegetation, we see it hasn’t been scarey for quite a few weeks.
